I will inspect your home as though it is your home. If I
inspected it as though it were my home, I would
probably skip a few Items I would not personally be
concerned with and would know how to correct, but
this is your home and I need to inspect it as
thoroughly as I can.
I provide a true accurate unbiased report of your
structure. I do not offer services to repair "problems"
found, as this is a conflict of interest. Your written
report will be, on average, 17 pages. The final 2
pages are a summary of marginal and defective items.
Your report will also include color pictures to give you
a "Clear View" of the areas of concern. I will provide
you with your report within 48 hours of the completion
of the inspection. The report is available by e-mail,
the US Postal service or by fax.
