" When good just isn't enough"
My Qualifications
There are a lot of home inspectors available. Some are incredibly competent and will
provide you with an excellent inspection. Many are not. The very nature of a home
inspection, the fact that it's visual, instead of invasive, means that when you hire an
inspector, you are paying for his knowledge, experience, and his ability to provide you
with a quality inspection. I have over 20 years combined experience in both the
construction and residential building industries. I became a Home Inspector, thanks to
my competition.

- I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics.

- I am available Saturdays. (Sundays at 10% premium)
- I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.
- My reports are unbiased, I do not offer to repair "problems"
- Reports include pictures for a "Clear View" of the inspection.
- Reports are available within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.
- Reports are available via e-mail, US postal service, and by fax.
I perform every inspection as if it is for my own home, for my own family.
